SFP Property was instructed to assist the SFP Group where there were some issues with access to the site after it was claimed that the company in Administration had no interest in the property. SFP Property investigated the leasing of the property, which resulted in a declaration from the landlord of the property confirming that the company did have an interest, all within the space of one hour from instruction.

The declaration enabled the Administration team to gain access to site and secure the assets of the business, which enabled a successful sale to be achieved.
