Through its collections services, data is gathered from anywhere in the UK and delivered via a secure means to ensure adherence to the restructuring and turnaround process. All records are collected and delivered to storage within 24 to 48 hours of an instruction. With three separate storage facilities throughout the UK, SFP Datastore secures all live cases, closed files and those that are awaiting destruction.

Working closely with its colleagues in SFP Forensic and SFP Recoveries, SFP Datastore collects, collates, inventorises and stores all the physical and computerised records. With three storage locations in the UK, SFP Datastore can keep files safe and secure for up to 10 years or longer, as required.
