Through its on-site investigation service, SFP Recoveries can identify positive ways and means in the treatment of  a company’s sales ledger. The expert team will analyse all the necessary information to provide a true picture of the sales ledger position and provide practical help and assistance where required in reconciling missing payments and keeping the cash flowing through a business.

It will also work with its clients in designing and implementing credit control systems and procedures where they do not currently exist, or improving upon systems already in place.

In a turnaround or restructuring scenario, SFP Recoveries will immediately undertake a full on-site overhaul of a company’s financial records and books. This includes, identifying outstanding invoices and work in progress,  securing or reconstituting key documentation for the sales ledger, backing up accounts software and systems, identifying stock or orders that can be used as leverage and securing cash or cheques for the lender.
