This was a contractor company with one director and shareholder providing IT services to various clients. The member had obtained a full time position and had no further need for the company.
This lead was referred to SFP by a firm of accountants on our panel. The MVL team liaised with the client throughout the pre and post appointment process to ensure that the client was always fully consulted on the process. All distributions were completed in line with the standard timeline once HMRC clearance had been received.
Being a Scottish company, the procedure was slightly different from that of an English or Welsh company but nevertheless completed in an efficient manner.
