Misunderstandings and confusion over Pre-Pack administrations may be causing hundreds of business to fail when they could have been saved. Research suggests that as many as six out of every ten businesses that seek professional help have no real understanding or knowledge of Pre-Packs or how they could help their business to recover.

A Pre-Pack is an arrangement under which the sale of all or part of a company’s business or assets is negotiated with a purchaser prior to the appointment of an Administrator who then effects the sale immediately on, or shortly after, his appointment.
